This page contains proposed wording. Before publication, confirm: Contracting entity and registered address; effective date; service/order terms; renewal and refund rules; agreed liability provisions; and governing law and dispute arrangements.
About these terms
These draft terms describe a proposed basis for access to the UnnatiOS website and business software services. “UnnatiOS”, “we” and “us” refer to the service operator, whose legal identity and address must be inserted before these terms become effective. “Customer” means the individual or organisation entering into the service agreement.
This draft is not yet an effective agreement. The final terms should be made available before purchase or account activation and accepted through an appropriate process. A signed agreement or accepted order governs any specifically agreed scope, subject to mandatory law.
Authority and account eligibility
A person accepting a commercial agreement must have legal capacity and, when acting for an organisation, authority to bind it. Authorised staff or institutional users may access an account within the permissions given to them.
Access by students or other dependent users does not make them the contracting customer. The responsible institution or organisation must arrange appropriate permissions and any legally required parent or guardian authorisation.
Service scope
UnnatiOS brings together tools for marketing, sales, operations and finance. Available modules, integrations, usage limits, implementation work and support depend on the customer’s agreed package and enabled account configuration.
Demonstrations and illustrative workflows explain possible use cases; they do not guarantee specific business results, admissions, revenue, message delivery or conversion rates. Any specific deliverable or service level should be recorded in the applicable order or agreement.
Accounts and access
Customers must provide accurate account details, safeguard credentials and give access only to authorised users. Administrators are responsible for reviewing permissions and removing users when access is no longer required.
Tell UnnatiOS promptly if an account is compromised or used without permission. Access must not be sold, shared outside the agreed arrangement or used to access another customer’s information.
Acceptable use
- Use the service only for lawful, authorised business or institutional purposes.
- Do not send unlawful spam, impersonate others, upload malware or attempt to bypass account or security controls.
- Do not collect, import or disclose information without the necessary authority and permissions.
- Do not infringe intellectual-property rights, harass others or distribute unlawful content.
- Do not interfere with service operation or test security without prior written authorisation.
Customers are responsible for the content and instructions they supply and for complying with applicable messaging and external-provider requirements.
Customer content and privacy
Customers retain their rights in the content they provide. They authorise the handling of that content as needed to provide the agreed service, follow lawful instructions and meet applicable legal requirements.
Personal information and operational data are addressed in the Privacy Policy, Data Policy and any applicable data-processing agreement. These terms do not replace the customer’s obligation to give appropriate notices or obtain required consent.
Subscriptions, payments and renewals
Applicable charges, taxes, billing periods, usage-based costs, payment dates and included services must be stated in the accepted quotation, order or agreement. No specific price is published in these terms.
Automatic renewal must not be assumed unless it is clearly disclosed and agreed. Any suspension for overdue payment should follow the agreed notice and payment process, subject to urgent security or legal requirements.
Cancellation, refunds and offboarding
Cancellation, refund eligibility, notice periods and treatment of unused service periods must be communicated before purchase in the applicable order or cancellation policy. These terms do not introduce an undisclosed blanket “no refunds” rule.
Before closure, contact UnnatiOS to confirm the requested action and any available export or handover arrangements. Deactivation does not necessarily mean immediate permanent deletion. Statutory consumer rights and mandatory legal obligations remain unaffected.
External services and integrations
Third-party services may have separate terms, charges, approval requirements, restrictions and availability. Customers must maintain the permissions and accounts needed for their chosen integrations.
Changes or restrictions imposed by an external provider can affect related features. Any agreed obligations of UnnatiOS remain subject to the customer contract and applicable law; external-provider dependency does not remove obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
AI and automation
Customers are responsible for checking workflow settings, permissions, recipient lists and output before enabling automated actions. AI-generated content may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed before it is used or sent to others.
Do not treat AI output as professional legal, medical, financial or other regulated advice. Meaningful human review should be used where an action could significantly affect a person’s rights or interests.
Intellectual property
Rights in the service, branding, documentation and underlying technology remain with UnnatiOS or the relevant rights holders. Customers receive only the access or use rights specified in their agreement; ownership of the platform is not transferred.
Customer ownership of supplied content is preserved. Use of another party’s brand or content requires the appropriate permission. Separate partner terms apply to any authorised resale or agency arrangement.
Availability, changes and support
Service functions may be affected by maintenance, network conditions, account configuration or external-provider changes. Guaranteed availability, response times, recovery objectives and support coverage apply only where expressly agreed.
Material service changes should be handled in accordance with the customer agreement and applicable law. Marketing descriptions should not be treated as promises of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Suspension and termination
Access may need to be restricted to address a material breach, misuse, a credible security risk, non-payment under the agreed terms or a legal requirement. Where practical and appropriate, the customer should receive notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Any final suspension or termination process must address authorised data access, offboarding, outstanding obligations and required retention. A dispute does not permit unauthorised access to another person’s information.
Liability and mandatory rights
The allocation of liability, any exclusions and any monetary cap must be expressly agreed in the final customer contract. This draft does not impose an unconfirmed liability cap or attempt to exclude all responsibility.
Nothing in the final agreement should exclude rights or liabilities that applicable law does not permit the parties to exclude. Any warranty or remedy provisions should be assessed against the actual service and the customer relationship.
Disputes and governing law
Raise a concern first with info@unnatios.com, including the organisation, account and a clear description of the issue, so that the parties can attempt a practical resolution.
The governing law and dispute forum must be confirmed in the final agreement after identifying the contracting entity and customer location. This draft does not create an exclusive court jurisdiction or mandatory arbitration clause. Any legally available consumer or statutory remedies remain unaffected.
Changes and contact
The published terms should identify their effective date. Material revisions should be notified appropriately, with additional acceptance where required; changes should not be represented as automatically retrospective.
